Shannon brings to Driftwood 25 years of experience as a medical field billing specialist. As part of Driftwood’s financial team, Shannon is responsible for assisting families through the financial process for new admissions and extensions for Driftwood clients. Shannon will always make herself available to support clients and families with any questions regarding insurance billing or reimbursements.

Shannon is motivated to join the Driftwood team knowing the impact she can make in establishing relationships with clients and families, knowing that she can and will remove any financial concerns that may cause a barrier to their experience.

Shannon enjoys taking long road trips in the hill country, fishing, live music, and snuggling with her pups, Dixie and Tank
